“I was beyond excited to hear that wings have been added to the menu. The wings are deep fried, dipped in your choice of spicy barbecue or sweet chili sauce and then finished in the wood-fired oven, which lightly caramelizes the sauces. Indylicious poster Kari Muller Morarity got to try them while cooks were experimenting. “They were great,” she said. “The oven gives a nice crispness.”
“Excellent Neopolitan pizza and I love that you can add ingredients to customize. The dough has the perfect amount of yeastiness and rise on the edge while still being thin in the middle. Service was fast and super accommodating. And the cannoli is yummy too.”

The ultra-hot brick oven imported from The Boot cooks pies in two to three minutes, giving them an authentically Italian chewy crust. You could order normal toppings, but take a chance on some off-beat pies.”
