Fresh cut eggplant, lightly fried, stacked between layers of mozzarella and then baked in our wood oven. Served with marinara and garlic bread.

Lightly floured and fried. Finished with our seasonings, and served with a side of our marinara.

Marinated assorted olives served with a piece of extra creamy Brie and a serving of our fresh baked bread.
