The Passione Strombolis Are Now Available

Our classic Italian Stromboli is made with capicola, mortadella, genoa salami, mozzarella, tomato, onion, drizzle of fig reduction and a sprinkle of oregano. It’s all rolled up and baked to perfection in our wood oven. It’s served with a side of our homemade marinara.

Our Veggie Stromboli is made with sun-dried tomatoes, grilled eggplant, sauteed mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. It’s then rolled up and baked to perfection in our wood burning oven.

Try Our New Tomato Pie

We just introduced our new Tomato Pie. Made famous in central New York and Philadelphia. Just like the original we stretch our dough to a square focaccia then top it with a generous portion of our homemade marinara. We finish it with pecorino Romano after it cools. Its served and enjoyed at room temperature which allows us to also sell it by the slice.
