Try Our New Tomato Pie

We just introduced our new Tomato Pie. Made famous in central New York and Philadelphia. Just like the original we stretch our dough to a square focaccia then top it with a generous portion of our homemade marinara. We finish it with parsley and pecorino Romano after it cools. Its served and enjoyed at room temperature.
